In cooperation with four other Christian schools in Victoria, Chairo has committed to providing a holistic and tailored approach to teacher formation through CITE (Christian Initial Teacher Education) Alliance.
This alliance involves a partnership with a Christian tertiary provider, Eastern College, to enable students to complete a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in education whilst being paid to work in a Christian school. This initiative seeks to provide a means for increasing the opportunity to attract and appoint qualified and well-formed Christian teachers for Christian schools.
