Our mission is to provide excellence in Christ-centred education. Trusting in Christ, we strive for excellence in capability, character and commitment, and we do this to honour God and have a redemptive impact in the world. For us, excellence is enabled by the grace of God, and it’s for the glory of God.
Our students come to school to learn, to acquire knowledge and skills, and to nurture their gifts. Hence, they develop capability. As they do so, they learn Christ-like character, which is both caught and taught. And as they grow in these different ways, the attention should rightly turn from developing oneself to serving God and others, and that shows commitment.
For all students, an education at Chairo should mean understanding the world and their place in it, being engaged in the educational process, being equipped with knowledge and skills, and being empowered to contribute positively to society and the shaping of culture.

Some go to university and some into vocational training or apprenticeships. Our alumni work in trades, professions, businesses and ministries transforming lives and communities around them.
